IdentityATL sells sneakers, clothing, streetwear, designer goods, vintage items, accessories, and other merchandise.

Because some of our merchandise may be limited, pre-owned, vintage, consigned, or otherwise difficult to replace, product availability is not guaranteed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, sizes, conditions, colors, and prices accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that every photograph, description, price, or other product detail will be completely free from errors.

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or modify an order affected by an error. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, and approval by IdentityATL.

IdentityATL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

IdentityATL does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for completed purchases, including purchases made online or in-store, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, including size, condition, color, photographs, descriptions, and other available details before completing a purchase.

IdentityATL is not responsible for purchases made in an incorrect size or for changes in customer preference after a purchase has been completed.

Because many products sold by IdentityATL are limited-release, pre-owned, vintage, consigned, or sourced through the secondary market, availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed.

If you believe you received an incorrect item or there is a material issue with your order, please contact contact@identityatl.com promptly after delivery so that we can review the matter.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. Authenticity and Product Condition

IdentityATL takes reasonable measures to evaluate merchandise offered for sale through our business.

Certain merchandise may be pre-owned, vintage, consigned, or sourced through secondary-market channels. When applicable, signs of wear, aging, packaging differences, or other condition characteristics may be disclosed in the product listing.

Customers should review product descriptions and photographs before completing a purchase.
